There are no minimum order requirements. For pricing on larger quantities than those listed in the catalog price sheets, please contact your dedicated representative.

Art is defined as sharp, black and white, camera-ready artwork. Xerox like copies, business cards, letterhead, and company brochures are not acceptable and are subject to additional art charges. We reserve the right to clean up artwork and bring it up to proper quality for etching purposes. We will always advise of this need, and advise of charges.

Other companies charge multiple versions of one-time charges. We do not. There is no additional charge for straight line copy, multiple line copy, copy changes, plate charges, personalization.

When a second area or second side of the same piece is required to be personalized, it is charged at an additional rate of $2.00 per piece. This covers any type of etching required.

When color is requested to be added to the etched area of a piece, a charge of $5.00 will be added. Colorization on Marble is required. Matching PMS colors will be handled on an as needed basis, and priced at time of request. Multiple color fill may be done per piece, while being charged for each color separately. Please add an additional 2 business days to the normal production lead time.

Bases are priced separatly.

 Volume of text and artwork will dictate pricing.

There are no extra charges for this service.

Faxed proofs are supplied for every order. There is no charge for this service. It is part of our quality control process to make every attempt to ship error free products 100% of the time.

Production time is approximately 10 business days from confirmation of approved art proof to shipping date. Allow for shipping time.

Items that are personalized may not be returned.  All other items require preapproval.

All shipments are F.O.B. our plant, Lake Worth, FL. All orders are shipped UPS prepaid, with the shipping charges added to the invoice. Advise if other arrangements need to be set up. C.O.D. orders will be charged an additional 10%, and $7.00 by UPS. AIR shipments will be done by written request only. Memorable Engraving makes every effort to use the buyers carrier of choice, but reserves the right to ship your order via the carrier of OUR choice to guarantee required buyer’s delivery date.

By written request only, you may use consignee or third party billing when available. There is no additional charge, and Memorable Engraving will not be responsible for insuring these shipments while in route.

An administrative fee of $10.00 will be added for documentation paperwork, and special packaging requirements to each shipping location. It is the receiving party’s responsibility to let your Sales Representative know the declared value to be put on shipping documents. Duties and taxes may be billed additionally and after the original invoice, should such charges exist.

Personalized samples will be billed at the designated catalog price. Non-personalized samples will be billed at the designated catalog price less 10%. Samples may not be returned.

All product is shipped at the buyer’s risk and claims must be made against the carrier based on their terms. While we do guarantee shipping dates, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates, nor safe carriage of goods. Recourse rests exclusively with the carrier. Title to the goods pass to the buyer at the F.O.B. point on all shipments. UPS requires the outer carton and packing material to be retained for all claims and inspection.

Our art department uses Corel Draw for all its computerized layouts. We are able to read your disks and email in the following versions: [.CDR], [.A1], [TIF]. If you are using a MAC, please save your file in an IBM PC format. Art files may be sent to our art department directly via email at art@memorableengraving.com

Our dedicated Representative will assist you in meeting all your packaging needs. There will be an additional charge for special packaging needs.

Liability for correct use of a trademark rests completely with the buyer.

To ensure personalization correctness and defect elimination, Purchase Orders are required for all orders. Purchase orders may be mailed, faxed, or emailed. Confirmation will be sent to the buyer in the same manner as Purchase Order received.

Memorable Engraving will make every effort to deliver defect free workmanship 100% of the time. Defects in material or workmanship will be corrected promptly and at no charge to the customer.

Please be aware that even the finest crystal comes with minor variations in clarity, suspended air bubbles, chill marks and flow lines. Such minor variations are not considered as defects and should not be returned.
